Shipping and Delivery Policy

I. Order Processing Time

All aluminum alloy sunrooms and outdoor pergolas in our store are custom-made products. After the customer confirms the drawings, dimensions, and colors and makes payment, the factory production cycle is 3-5 working days.

II. International Shipping Timeframe

These products are large customized building materials, and the logistics cycle for shipping to various overseas countries is longer.

Normal shipping timeframe:

North America, Europe: 7-15 working days

Australia, Southeast Asia: 10-20 working days

Remote countries and regions: 20-30 working days

III. Explanation of Logistics Delays

International logistics may experience delays due to factors such as customs clearance, weather, flights, and overseas road conditions. Logistics delays are not considered quality issues and do not support refusal of receipt, returns, or claims. We will track the logistics throughout and provide a tracking number.

IV. Receipt Notice

When receiving goods, customers should inspect the outer packaging immediately. If there is obvious damage, please take photos for records and contact customer service.

After product installation, it is defaulted to be received in good condition, and appearance disputes will no longer be accepted.
