I. Product Description

Our sunrooms and aluminum pergolas are "one-on-one custom products," produced according to customer dimensions, colors, and site requirements, and are not general stock items.

 II. Returns and Exchange Policy (Core Rules)

1. Before placing an order or production: Solutions can be modified or orders canceled free of charge.

2.After an order has been placed and production has started/completed: Returns, exchanges, order cancellations, and refunds upon refusal of delivery are not supported under any circumstances. 

III. Quality Warranty Service

Warranty Scope: Structural and quality issues not caused by human error or natural disasters.

IV. After-Sales Support

We provide lifelong technical consultation, installation guidance, and troubleshooting services.

Damage caused by human error, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or improper installation is not covered by the warranty.

V. Dispute Resolution

The customer is responsible for the cost of rework due to incorrect dimensions provided by the customer, design changes, or unsuitable sites.
